SEI Corporate Headquarters Upper Providence Township Montgomery County, PA.

Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. has had a long and active involvement with the SEI Corporate Headquarters beginning with participation in the overall site planning and engineering. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. designed the planting and plaza areas and the renovation of the existing pond. This site offers a perfect example of the integration of landscape architecture and engineering in a single design process. Site elements such as buildings, parking, pedestrian circulation, grading, storm water management, and planting work in harmony to create a landscape that is aesthetically pleasing and functional. The SEI project has been published in various design magazines and has won the Montgomery County Planning Commission 1997 Outstanding Site Design Award.

Philadelphia International Airport Corporate Hangars Philadelphia, PA.

Expansion of runways at the Philadelphia International Airport forced relocation of the existing Corporate Hangars. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. participated with the three corporation�s whose facilities were being displaced, the City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation and their consultants, to select and pre-qualify an alternative site for the new Corporate Hangar Facility. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. prepared the Site Concept Plan and Construction Documents for all site / civil and landscape aspects of the project. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. prepared documentation and application for Land Development approval from Tinicum Township; and design approval from City of Philadelphia agencies including Division of Aviation, License and Inspections, Water Department, and Fire Department. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd. involvement continued through the Construction Phase of the project, with review of submittals and payment requests, and facilitation of requests for revisions or information from various agency inspectors.

Gateway Office Building Plymouth Township Montgomery County, PA.

The Gateway Office Building is an 83,000 square foot, three-story office space located on Chemical Road in Plymouth Township. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd provided land planning, permitting, civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the project. The design of this facility included addressing complicated geological features; creation of building entrance areas; coordination with PennDOT for Highway Occupancy Permit; and coordination with cross country pipe transmission lines.
