Clearview Estates is a 63 lot single family residential subdivision on an approximately 101 acre parcel. Gladnick Wright Salameda ltd was responsible for survey coordination, site/ civil design, landscape architecture, environmental permitting, and state and local permitting for the project. The project presented multiple challenges as the firm strived to maintain the intent of the project master plan while retaining the constructability of the built environment and preservation of the natural assets of the property. Some of these challenges included overcoming the severe topography of the site while presenting functional living spaces for the individual homes and developing enjoyment of the natural vista s of the property while providing the necessary utility provisions including stormwater management.
